Our Impact
Good clothes. Greater purpose.
100% of OFF SHIFT net profits are reinvested into our mission to make sport free for first responders.
How it works
- 01
Customers purchase OFF SHIFT products.
- 02
The brand earns revenue and pays its legitimate operating and product costs.
- 03
Net profit is calculated according to a clearly defined financial methodology.
- 04
100% of net profits are allocated to the mission.
- 05
The funds support eligible initiatives that help make sport free for first responders.
- 06
Progress is reported transparently as verified information becomes available.
Net profit is not the same as revenue. A purchase price covers the product, making it, shipping it and running the business — it is the profit left after those costs that is reinvested.
The legal and financial structure of OFF SHIFT, and its relationship with any organisation or initiative receiving funds, will be explained here once finalised. Nothing on this page implies charitable status, tax deductibility or an existing funding arrangement.
